The BasicTrading Full Program and all related content associated with it is termed throughout this document as "School." By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this School. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. User License
Permission is granted to access materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Refund and Chargeback Policy
By purchasing this School's product, you are simply receiving conditional access to the digital content provided by the School. This School (The BasicTrading Free Training + BasicTrading Mentorship) is a digital product in which content can be easily duplicated, saved, and reproduced after access to the content/course/mentorship is given. Therefore, refunds are not currently offered for any reason or circumstance. If your membership access is terminated for any reason at all, a refund will not be furnished. After purchasing and obtaining access to this School, attempting to initiate a chargeback dispute will be classified as one or more of the following: 1. Breach of Contract, 2. Criminal Internet Fraud, 3. Theft of Service. Two of these are criminal offenses that can result in fines and imprisonment, along with any applicable attorney costs and court fees. You acknowledge that there are no refunds offered by this School when you purchase your license to the content.
10. Results Disclaimer
This School may express or utilize testimonials or descriptions of past performance, but such items are not indicative of future results or performance, or any representation, warranty or guarantee that any result will be obtained by you. These results and performances should not be considered typical, and you should not expect to achieve the same or similar results or performance. 12. Payment Plan Policy (If Applicable)
If you purchase this School’s user license under a payment plan, you indicate that you agree to and are bound to the terms of your payment plan that were communicated to you electronically or orally by a staff member of this School’s team. A payment plan for this School’s user license is a legally enforceable contract that obligates you to make your pre-determined payments on time until the full amount is paid. If you default on your payment plan, you are subject to having your user license revoked, and you will still be held legally responsible for the outstanding amount you owe on your payment plan. Failure to pay on time will result in a collections claim being issued to you until your outstanding amount is paid in full.
13. Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the School associated with the BasicTrading course collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “Student”) of the School. This Privacy Policy applies to the School and all Courses offered by the School.

We may collect personal identification information from Students in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Students enroll in the School or a Course within the School, subscribe to a newsletter, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources we make available in our School. Students may visit the School anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Students only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information but doing so may prevent them from engaging in certain School related activities.
